遙控抓斗工作原理概述
當(dāng)抓斗打開時(shí)，滑移座與上承梁接觸而與下承梁是完全分開的。此時(shí)電磁換向閥關(guān)閉，由于油缸的活塞桿與滑移座固接，缸筒與下承梁固接，所以此時(shí)油缸活塞桿完全伸出。當(dāng)要抓取貨物時(shí)，起重機(jī)吊索下降，由于油缸活塞可單向?qū)?，所以油缸活塞桿能夠收縮，滑移座隨之下降。當(dāng)油缸活塞桿完全收縮后，滑移座也完全落下。然后起重機(jī)吊索上升，滑移座隨之上升，由于油缸的電磁閥處于常關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，此時(shí)，油缸有桿腔被鎖住，在滑輪組的作用下，滑移座上升帶動(dòng)下承梁漸漸向上，同時(shí)帶動(dòng)顎瓣閉合，并抓取物料。

當(dāng)需要打開抓斗時(shí)，只需按動(dòng)遙控發(fā)射器的開關(guān)，液壓系統(tǒng)中電磁換向閥得電，使其換向，油缸有桿腔卸荷。油缸活塞桿分別在滑移座和下承梁的作用下被拉出，滑移座和下承梁分開，抓斗即可逐漸打開。

一、技術(shù)原理
